The directors and the shareholder make up is worth a look.

Over 54% held buy the top 20.
Gary & Family hold 10% & Grant 7% & Mr N.K.Watson holds 8.2% thats 25% held by 3 Shareholders.
This could be is a group of individuals finding an Antimony tenement and floating a company etc.
With fewer than 40 Mil Shares on issue a market cap of $6.4 Mil and a proven Antimony resource of Just under $200 Mil @ 0.5% cut off and about to announce a resource upgrade. (Note review some of the cut off on slide 15 of the AGM presentation.)

I think its time to sit digest the upgrade and watch the next move.

As other posters have suggested $1.00 is in the back of investors mind.
