Large prospective tenements. This are has and will continue to deliver large high grade CU deposits such as EHM, Rocklands, Mount Isa Mines, Eloise, Little Eva, Great Australia Mine, Mt Elliot.... The list goes on. Not to mention the potential for Uranium, molybdenum, lead, zinc, silver, cobalt and gold.
IMO at this price its a steal.
