    I agree 5m options is pretty intense, and plus they have a very low exercise price (if the SP stays at 5c the exercise price will be 7.25c each). If he issued say 1m at that price and then some at 20 and 30 cents it wouldn't be so bad, at least it would be tying director performance to reward
