Young Esh has me on ignore, but in respect of his comparison of Syama vs Gwalia it is also necessary to take into account the after tax and govt take returns. The Mali govt total take is much higher when you factor in that RSG only owns 80% of the mine and the tax rate there is 35%. It also depends on what you count as part of the mine - does it include returns from all neighbouring deposits eg Tabakorini?). People have been underestimating Gwalia. Could be a lot more gold found as well there.
