I confess to be quite out of touch with modern mining engineering but had heard that there was a fair amount of automation in WA mines these days .

Is there someone who has a good knowledge of this who can say if that's true and perhaps indicate how "experimental" or cutting edge is what RSG are doing in Syama .

Of course NOT ALL of that money WAS spent on automation .Quite a lot of digging plus other less technical infrastructure needs .
