Resignations - only 2 directors on the board with little skin in the game

Only 2 directors remain with very little or no skin in the game...

• Belgiorno and Bontempo both resigned immediately with no notice or having found their replacement
• Resignations come shortly after announcement of Solar projects... is this co-incidental- hope so and don't have another RCR style solar contract?
• One possible scenario is that some unhappy shareholders were about to send notice to the board to put them all up for re- election?
• this is unlikely as belgiorno and bontempo biggest shareholder, so I would say it is Belgiorno who may have sided with insto's to make some changes- ie resign or be removed.
• if  Belgiorno Nettis and Bontempo weren't harmonious.... then perhaps Belgiorno resigned so his fund (or other shareholders)  could lodge a S 203.
• Also, I understand the original owner of KP electric is no longer with the business- can someone please confirm.

If anyone has any insight please post, I am wondering if it is cheap to get in at 15-16 or still a bit risky.
