The director who resigned is Dr Michael J Andrews who is also a director of Icon Enterprises registered in The British Virgin Islands. He was instrumental with another director in KRM's purchase of the gold holdings in Sumatre - Icon retain an interest.
Dr Michael J Andrews was a director of Auiron Energy (later Felix Resources and now part of Yanzhou Coal of China). He obtained the gold tenement in Sumatre in return for a 2% royalty on all gold production now to be paid to Yanzhou Coal, in 2002 - this purchase was made through Icon Enterprises.
KRM have confirmed they know about the 2% royalty.
