Not really surprising that most of the big shareholders I've talked are more interested in the state of any transaction then the options. The more people I've been talking to - seems to me that there will be a % of protest votes but the resolutions will probably all get passed.
A couple of the really big holders have stated their impatience to me in no uncertain terms so it will be interesting to see how much management are made to squirm.
the general consensus/expectation is that TXN will put out an update tomorrow morning like they did for the AGM.
