T, point being it's a biased "article" in which the company chairman is quoted using a questionable transaction as a "benchmark", then "re-tweeted" here on HC by a poster well known for their "enthusiasm". Using that as a foundation to base a valuation for RLE is, IMO, questionable at best.....
What makes me cringe amid this type of hype are young investors over there "mortgage free by the end of the week" and giving one liner advice such as "anyone who buys now will be rewarded".......fraught with danger IMO
