you clearly dont read all that has been proposed .
one of BTRL suggestions was to do a capital reduction of either 20x1 or 10x1 .
this would then allow BSC and mac and co to issue a new 90% or 95% . he also wanted the unit holderssubject to the capital reduction to be released from the 2nd call
