Thanks for your constructive and informative response golden. I think there will be little chance of the deal not going ahead, with managment so keen to see it go through and the chinese picking up a world class gold deposit at a bargain price. The only obstical I can see is the shareholder approval. But managments voting power and the etrian goverment also keen to see the deal go through its pretty much a done deal. I think ill continue to hold untill the sale. I dont know how comfortable i feel about owning shares in a company that doesnt really have a plan and simply has a good amount of desposable cash. i think ill be out after the sale, theres better places to put my money imho.
