Obviously, smart accumulation going on.

I think 5c is the buyer's target, patient and smart, looks like an institutional buyer. (should be 2)

It's good to see the buyers can get more shares under or on 5c, because: the lower accumulation price, the higher SP after the accumulation finish.

(These guys are building up their low cost position, once finish, they always buy up the SP in no time. This is always the case for Penny stocks.)
