Why would anyone get concrete from Benalla?
Got to be heaps of manufacturers closer to Melbourne.
Price maybe.
6 million tonnes of HL material on the pile ready to convert to aggregate gives NAG a bit of a head start.
Maybe a special price for dropping off PASS and backloading aggregate. Who else can offer that?
With a free truck wash in between.
Coffee and a sausage roll?
