I rarely bother replying to complete tosh these days but you've made one leap of logic too far on this one, P45.
What NAG have said in the quarterly is that there might soon be a large amount of trucks rumbling in from Melbourne to dump PASS at Nagambie. Rather than running empty back to Melbourne they might prefer to backload aggregate, after a quick wash. Nothing from NAG has said that product is destined to be used in rail or tunnel construction. It's just backload and would have all sorts of other uses in and around Melbourne, possibly not even in construction at all. It's just backloading and trucking companies very much prefer to have full loads both ways [even if heading to another nearby destination] instead of running empty trucks.
    From the quarterly:
"Designing and pricing of this arrangement, instead of purchasing a second Astec unit, was completed during the quarter. The economics are very robust for sales of the products to local end users such as concrete product manufacturers in Shepparton. The economics for sales into the Melbourne market are viable but will be significantly improved if Nagambie Resources is successful in winning some or all of the management of PASS from the MMRP and WGTP in the December 2018 quarter. Trucks bringing PASS to the Nagambie Mine from Melbourne could backload, after tray washing, the aggregates and rock sand."
