NAG have had to jump through many hoops over the last few years to get to where they are today in term of EPA recognition and approval.
Good luck to anyone else taking this on.
We have seen that EPA have become very serious regarding the environment as evidenced by the following action...

EPA suspends Bulla landfill operator’s licenceEnvironment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) has suspended the licence of BTQ Group Pty Ltd forcing it to cease landfilling operations at its Bulla landfill site after it failed to adequately answer EPA’s concerns over the site.
