    You could take a guess at whats happened ...

    * Checked the books - with all this debt and things not going to hot - are we solvent? ... all us new directors should be careful?

    * Hmmm that $30m loan might have some mkt cap clauses

    * They have basically admitted going to market for $$$ ... doesn't seem to be may takers.

    Can't remember who the $30m facility was with - but they must be nervious
