Are you sure about this? My understanding is that the Receiver sells sufficient assets to repay debtors. Shareholders are a form of debtor albeit one of the the last in a very long line.

So what we as shareholders get depends on lots of things happening ahead of us - whatever it is will not be much if anything.

Our hope for a windfall is to have a buyer or buyers with deep pockets coming along and seeing huge value in WVL, pay off the debtors, commencing operations and holding hands with the long suffering shareholders as they all admire the pigs flying past.
