O.. stated, from memory the are 22 c. notes, honest mistake I think, from what I can make of it there are, from memory 44 less the ones just converted. If I am wrong O... will correct me or B... will shout me down.

I was told I was wrong, asked where and why? yet get no so called correct answers.

Try doing the numbers on B... post about bringing on the c.notes and attached options.

MC = 12M when an extra 1.?B shares are released in 1 day, no dilution?
1.? Billion, shares into play in one day and MC will go to $12M (over 63% increase in shares with no or little increase in company value) Look what happened when 100M came into play, IF they were from the c. note holder.

B... said I was wrong, maybe I am, at least he could post how, when and where I was wrong. He will not as anything -ve
no matter how small or irrelevant is not welcome.

Note - I will buy ESN at an entry that I have now decided, if I miss the boat, so be it. So until that price happens my sentiment remains - none -
