Borrismcnorris,
I think my last post answered your question
"With the potential ESN has I feel that......"
'Note - I will buy ESN at an entry that I have now decided, if I miss the boat, so be it."
I have stated this or similar before.
The economy of scale in the US and then globally says you could easily sell 20M or ??? units of a product that is only average, just look at the amount of American music that sells and I am NOT saying Kneoworld is no good.
Also on numerous occasions I have stated that my concerns are NOT with ESN but with who the major players involved with ESN are and the potential shares that could come into play.
To date my concerns have not been answered -
1.9B shares on issue.
43 or so notes with or with out attached options?
So if all 43 or so notes are converted and all options taken (forgetting about performance milestones on options)
How many shares would be on issue?
From O...'s last reply it would be approx. 3B if 23 of the notes and options were converted/taken up. That still leaves 20 or so notes, with or with out options??
How many shares/options are associated with these notes?
In other words, simply, how many shares would be on issue? assuming no more notes are issued.
