In a recent interview TAR's geologist said the geological risk in Congo is less than that in other countries, thereby more than balancing out the perceived sovereign risk. (Also I wonder if Congo's perceived sovereign risk might be exaggerated for racial reasons, I mean these days is the DR of Congo really much less stable than America under the batsh-t lunatic Trump?)
