have a look at there presentation from Jan, has their type curves in there after having wells on for over 12 months. They show the depletion.
That is why I just give them 30 forom day 1 even though the wells produce at an average or almost 50boepd for the first 12 months.
These wells are paying themselves of in around 9-12 months.
My thought only, are that if they can get themselves to around 150 or so wells and i give them 20 boepd that is 3,000boepd which is significant earnings v the current fd mkt cap!
You still then have a 100 well inventory before you start taking into account any acreage acquisitions they do.
