I do hold quite a few of these shares, I also run a company.
Updating the market on speculation is a complete NO NO..!

Although, an update on the reasoning relating to the expected duration of negotiations or extended delay would go a long way to solving some verbal diarrhea that has taken place by MHL baggers.....although the lack of communication that this company has become renown for has only aggravated the situation and put a downward outlook on the re-listing price

Maybe others who hold the balance of power may like this trend.
