Good form apologising for your little hissy. I'm guessing mod thought you had good reason to feel frustrated with only a small slap on the wrist and no time in Alcatraz.

Whether MHL are in compliance of the listing rules is not the most salient question. The real question is how can they be so insensitive to shareholders concerns ...esp at this time of year. The HC barometer indicates stormy sentiment with large waves of SH dissatisfaction.
