The Chinese have made big investments in Graphite, Lithium and Cobalt to secure production for future demands. Nothing really yet in the Vanadium space. Only a matter of time as there is a big shortfall in the coming years. They need it for the higher standards in rebar. They ain’t going to stop or slow production of rebar if they can’t get hold of V.
