I am in no way defending Bond. If I said on HC what I think of him I would be banned for life.

This legislation allows for the suing of major shareholders in a Limited Liability Company and if anyone thinks that in time this will not spread to include all shareholders then they have not been around as long as I have.

No one will invest in companies if this happens.

What I was saying that some of the legislation that is being introduced by the Qld Government has very dangerous repercussions for all companies Qld and especially mining companies. Such laws are very dangerous in a free enterprise society.

I feel that all companies should combine to fight the Government on this for the sake of the future of all Qld companies.
