Come on shareholders- Get on Board!!!

Vcubitt hereunder is my email to BPH sent 21/03. I am sure I will get the same response as you, however once I have been ignored I will feel I have every right to really get stuck in to them so hopefully they will be upfront and reply.

I purchased shares in what was BPH Pharmaceutical presuming it was going to also become involved in Energy exploration so I have no problem with the way events transpired although obviously extremely disappointed. I look forward to further news hopefully very soon on the analysis of findings from the first drill in PEP11 to give us all some insight in to prospects for further drilling and when. Can any pre-announcement information assist us to understand the current position?

I was of the opinion that an announcement had been made regarding drilling in EP386 and RL1, Onshore Bonaparte Basin. Could you please explain the current situation and is it still on target for 2nd. quarter 2011.

Lastly, I was not around at the time of the spin off of Cortical but certainly was for MDS.

I would like an explanation as to why MDS was not listed as promised, and I quote directly from your own announcements ?before the end of last quarter, 2010?
As this time frame has long passed without any further announcement what is the new date?

If there is not a new date, why!

Are the products still undergoing clinical trials. If so, why. To announce a last quarter 2010 listing obviously assumes the trials will have been successfully completed.

Please expand on the current medical perception of the MDS products that at the time were touted as so exciting. Do they still have any commercial value attached to them?

I note the MDS ?products? have been presented at many professional ?trade? shows so you will have an excellent knowledge of whether there is still any commercial value in them or not.

Please update us on the immediate future of MDS.

What is the status of MDS. While it is not ASX listed do we as shareholders have any say in MDS? Are we entitled to regular updates?

Many questions and to date no answers.

I'm not holding my breath for a reply but I will be on them further if I don't get one.
