Am I going to call DB?

I have agonised over this.

Apart from the fact that I am far less articulate in person which gives him a great advantage I am not sure I can see any point in it.

The whole reason for the exercise in the first place was to try and get something in writing.

On the phone he can say anything, blow bubbles out of my arse and promise the world. I don't see I have gained anything.

Perhaps it would be better in another email to respectfully decline the offer on the grounds that I ham representing a number of concerned shareholders and they also are seeking the answers and as such it would be better if we are all answered by email.

[something like that anyway]. Any thoughts anyone on how it could be phrased to try and flush out some written answers?

I don't see it working but at least I got a reply and I should try to capitalise on it if possible.
