The Company has stated they can get $60/t at the Chinese border. Where does $35/t come from? Do you knoe what this grade coal sells for at the Chinese border?
If there is a ready made buyer for the coal the quesiton I am asking is what's the value of the Company at a healthy margin on a large resource?
My yardstick is that every $10 margin on every 100mt of coal is worth $1bil.
The 2 drill results to date are encouraging, to say the least, so I am hopeful they will prove up far more than 100mt. Sounds appealing, given the $30m odd market cap at the moment.
