If Trinity were to lose the funds management tender
They would lose management of:
Trinity property trust Trinity enhanced return fund
and as trusteee for
Trinity opportunistsic property fund no 1 Trinity Land Trust Trinity Development Trust
left with:
Consolidated land trust Consolidated Development Trust Real Estate
However Consolidated Properties is privatised and MD O Rorke resigned from the Trinity board....
As stated in Decemebr 2008..... Trinity Funds Management retain the management rights of its two development trusts, currently known as the Consolidated Development Trust and Consolidated Land Trust as I stated above.
• Trinity Group will retain its development workbook and pipeline of projects.
So Trinity will be left with.......
Consolidated land trust Consolidated Development Trust
They also have some management rights over current leases of commercial spaces. Not sure if these would be continued or would be lost should Trinity lose its management of funds....but feel these may continue.
So what is the above two worth and do they have any other income sources that i have missed..........as well as cash on the balance sheet although just bought a resort for $20 mill so not much cash left.
Anyone wish to digest and discect my post.....may help us all get a better understanding of what may or may not happen moving forward.
Cheers
