@cfp I agree with your comments that the current management are powerless to do anything in Morabisi basin other than sign the cheque when due to GSM. But they should have realized that and kept the holders in the loop rather than painting rosy pictures like "we are fully funded for all phases in Morabisi" as well as have tried to expedite ohd where they had an exclusive license when they could have raised capital much more easily and in better terms and let things play out with GSM. They way the trials have been scaled down speaks of their commitment. They were not proactive and want GSM/Monash/Thermaquatica to do everything.
The SP may dip on a spill motion but the sp is dipping without any spill. But any motion will give the management a clear message that inactivity and lack of action is not appreciated.
