Why do you haunt this forum MMMoney ? You do not hold shares or have a buy/sell sentiment according to your blurb, so whats the fascination in attacking Rent on a regular basis. I see a growing number of people on Hot Copper know with an agenda of their own, usually bagging a share. As a private landlord I think Rent check is a cheap check on potential tenants.
