I am new here. So can anyone explain why the share placement at 28c was oversubscribed less than 2 months ago. Over 10 m shares traded between 50 and 60 less than 2 months ago. They have cash of over 5m. A highly experienced board and management team

At this point it must be highly undervalued imo. Over 15m already invested and proven month on month growth.
