The Rental Express Property Management Fund is a fund which not only intends to be anchored by rental express agencies and Run Corp but also Acquest rentals, Ray White East Victoria Park W.A and Remax Bunbury. From my understating these agencies have been acquired through cash and script.
The Rental Express Property Management fund is a non ASX listed fund designed to purchase property management rent rolls around Australia. The Fund has a number of funding methods available to it.
1. Bank Funding
2. Issuing of Stapled Securities.
3. Internal or Related Party loans.
4. Cash – raised from retail investors, mostly likely through board’s connections with the financial planning industry. The fund has strong ties with a large independent – Perks, which has consistently featured in BRW largest 50 accounting practices. Financial Advisers will be able to distribute the fund to clients if the Rental Express Property Management Fund has been approved on the approved product list.
The fund returned a distribution in the March quarter equal to 10.1% p.a which will seem very attractive to retail investors.
