a poster previously stated that rea don't care for rentals, making there money off sales - not so sure about this, i wanted to upgrade my apartment 'for sale' ad. but no, i can't do that - i have to take my original ad. off for 2 months and then create a new ad to get the upgrade. so here is my agent - telling rea to take my money and they are telling him to cancel the ad and come back in 2 months.

and herein lies the problem with aus and its monopolies, they make so much cash they are too lazy to improve service, change, adapt or, give people what they want.

we are seeing large overseas retail companies coming to aus and kicking these monopoly aus companies to the kerb. this is also evident in media and as the world becomes more and more globalised, i suspect domain and rea will get kicked to the kerb.
