The company has taken huge leaps and bounds in the rental space. Becoming, if not already, best in class.

The 64,000 dollar question is the revenue potential of a pure rental portal. The key plank of that is going to be the letting agents.

So I'll be looking at the rate of Smart Plan adoption, and what percentage of customers from the site go on to actually take an advertised rental.

If the business looks like it's taking shape, I'd actually rather they raised more money. Provided the shares are trading at 15c plus.
