Ok. Well I will change the direction of the conversation to the fundamentals.
125k RR = 6% of Renter Market Stock (2.4m ref:ABS) and ~40% of that stock turns over yearly (980k). So I estimate that RNT has 2.5% potential market share locked into its RR inventory. We know that RNT needs 5% to B/E so this means when RR = 250k RNT should be at B/E point.
Additional 125k/500 p.day = 250 days and 23 June 2017 + 250 Days = 28 Feb 2018.
That's about all I deduce from this announcement.
