I've been reading about Rentwolf and Rentberry, who are two disruptors trying to get into the market by cutting out agents. That will be a very hard slog, IMO.
I much prefer the Rent.com.au model of working with agents. REA and Domain are making fortunes, without offering much value added beyond traffic. Rent are adding value and starting to get the traffic. If any new platform is going to make it, I fancy it will be rent.com.au.
