My initial impressions of the app, I was quite impressed. Its a nice clean design, responsive and has a lot of handy things not available in competitors. I didn't test the functionality or the experience from a landlord perspective. Ratings in the play store are predominantly positive, 21 5-star and average of 4.8. Currently sitting at 1000 downloads on play store. I hope they start to market it really well after any initial tweaks.
