CBD got a mention in the Austrlian Weekend Financial Review - http://www.afr.com/p/national/surviving_the_solar_coaster_6CaAXWzWWHvq7feq7gi6iN

interesting that CBD is said to be saying
    a) solar doesn't need government assistance anymore (what about FIT/guaranteed position in Merit Order electricity sales/support of major projects? huh?)
b)PV in Australia can currently generate commercial electricity at about 25c/kWhr vs a residential price of around 21c (going up to about 26 c/kWhr over the next two years) and a commercial rate of up to 40c/kWhr.

Given CBD's tendency to pull on the public pap at King Island and dependency on how the government sets up RECs, carbon trading, planning permissions, smart metering and realtime priceing of all electricity consumption I would say that CBD should keep their mouth shut and not be so disingenuous.
