Many years ago there was a plan to build a dam below the Kareeya Power Station to hold water to pump back into the keeper dam off peak, that is good for coal fired power stations that work best flat-out 24/7. Killed by the greens.
Nothing that is sensible will be passed by the greens. Forget it.
