Renaissance Capital is one of Europe?s leading investment banks - IMO they wouldn't get involved if they didn't see a value proposition for their clients.
Reputations are built and lost on the back of performance.
$90m is a serious amount of money to raise, they must be reasonably confident then to proceed. Today's annoucement: "Marketing of the Capital Raising has been underway throughout North America and Europe in recent months with significant investor interest being expressed."
