I like your attitude, BUT, we had a chance last year when there were 2 big shareholders spearheading a move. I am concerned that, with them having sold out, that the power is now consilidated amongst the vested interests of the few. And I am sure Mr Goh will be voting his (unpaid for) shares with the board who has allowed him to not pay for the shares.
As such, a spill, should the numbers be possible, will probably just see the incumbents returned.
I will be voting AGAINST THE REMUNERATION REPORT.
