Good points and totally agree with you mate. But it needs more than preaching to achieve what you are proposing to do.
And you forgot to make a mention to the total waste of huge money paid in having two company secretaries to run this penny dreadful company of ours. There would have to be serious method in someone's madness for this company in continuing doing what they are in paying two salaries when it is totally unnecessary.
As for your comments above, Initiating a Sect. 249D would be a good way to start from.
