an interesting perspective on investing, I'm glad you're managing your portfolio & not mine on that basis. You also see shadows where they don't exist. I thought I had made it clear that I believe the Ezy DVD deal is for the best. You may have noticed that (as recently reprinted by phishgutz) I was calling for a partner experienced in the field to come in as a takeover or JV for quite a while - and hey presto, they've arrived. It is one thing to put it all behind us, as you say but if we don't learn from the mistakes of the past then they will be made again. People need to be held to account for past mistakes, new talent introduced to the board & senior management levels & then we may be on a winner. You seem intent to try to pick a fight, when in reality our goals & long term interest are the same - why?
