Sometimes I wonder whether companies announce negative news on purpose so accumulation can be done at a very low price .....ok,ok,I come straight to the point...for example we had few companies in the last few weeks that seen their shareprice really taking a beating after some negative announcements by hitting their lowest price and then "BANG",out of the blue they just start shooting up.....examples are OST,BBG,GNS,BSL,ERA,PDN,IVA,BND,STB,LYC,ALK...and I can go on,KZL can just do that in the next 4 weeks,19c,probably is the bottom or very close to bottom,but going back to a minimum of 30c,this can give you a 50%+ profit,is it risky???,every stock on the ASX is,at least you are buying at the bottom price,we will see whether this comment will come to fruition....and yes I have taken a good position at 400pm today and I hope I will be rewarded with other gutsy investors that can see an opportunity as much as I do.
