Revised deal of no dept of $920,000 and 28M ARV shares which over time could very likely play out to be better than the cash allowing ARV to overhaul and modify the Radio Hill plant and its assets combined with there own nearby assets with minimal diluting ARV ie if you got any spare cash ARV might be a good investment punt but you missed out on the post consolidation 2 cent shares wondering if they'd pull it of which they have pending further expenditure and prospecting as they generate cash after the proccessing plant overhaul to be able to proccess gold and cobalt ? aswell
Now I can speak out alot better than than having the receiver auctioning FOX and its assets in a mortgagee auction maybe.
