The revised deal of $2M cash and 20M ARV shares was a 10% of ARV sweetener but getting diluted by a ton of cheap options and the upcoming CR to pay the $2M and cash to take the Radio Hill proccessing plant out of care and maintenance and do some modifications so it can proccess gold aswell.
The first of the drilling results are looking excellent to hold or increase the ARV price prior to the CR for less dilution in regards to gold and cobalt etc right outside the door
Anyone know if the FOX earned in base metals tennement at PLS next door to KAI ? got left to FOX in the revised deal but a new proccessing plant for the area would cost a ton of cash when in hindsight the jackpot was next door to the Radio Hill proccessing plant
