The soft loans sound helpful, I'm sure Panax can demonstrate they are in financial difficulty but whether we are eligible or not who knows.
Would be nice to get an announcement saying we are applying for these loans for each project.
What is really needed from the Indonesian Government is a rocket up the arse of those delaying PPA's.
