Based on word numbers, your post had little effect in raising the overall standard of the other responses :)

If ever anyone needed an example of how confusion reigns across the regulatory sector of Indonesia, here is a perfect example of a power struggle occurring over a potentially stalled sector situation due to contradictions between laws and rulings involving two of the highest courts and the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry.

It seems they are very quick to argue about things, that happens a lot these days and is hardly helpful but at least keeps them occupied looking after the greater good of Indonesia, which is quite a pre-occupation in these days of relative political freedom.
