Today there is the release of 100,000,000 shares from escrow.
These shares are the ones that were to be for the mconnect deal but have now since been sold to sophiscated investors.
There should be new substantial shareholder statements issued today, as the deal was done in October and they are being released today.
Market disclosure should be imment.
